Professional Designation: Coaches of Canada is the only organization that grants official designations to professionals in the field of coaching in Canada; offering the designation of Chartered Professional Coach (ChPC). This designation signifies that the coach member has satisfied requirements in the four areas of education, experience, certification and abiding by the Code of Conduct of Coaches of Canada. Only Charter members are eligible to use the designation of ChPC.

Ethical Code of Conduct: Coaches of Canada has established
one of the most comprehensive codes of ethics and conduct. This allows
for its membership to promote their commitment to professionalism. Coaches Business: Members have access to information
relating to key employment issues: job descriptions and employment
contracts and performance appraisal tools, to name a few.
Coaches PLAN du Coach: The official publication of Coaches
of Canada examines current issues, profiles Canadian coaches, and
provides a unique perspective on the changing world of coaching. The
magazine is free of charge to members.
Professional Development Programs: Members benefit from
conferences and seminars such as the Coaches Summit, designed to give
coach members an opportunity to share experiences and insights and to
compare strategies and techniques with peers.
Legal Services: Coaches of Canada provides an opportunity
for members to consult legal experts in the areas of employment
options, terminations, negligence, athletes' rights, and other
important issues.
A Voice for Coaches: As a national association
representing career coaches, Coaches of Canada provides a unified voice
for coaches in influencing government sport policies and programs.
Coach Member Directory: Members have access to an online
coach database in order to network with other member coaches from a
wide array of sporting disciplines.
