Coaches of Canada governance resides in an Annual General Meeting that is comprised of the Board of Directors,
all Charter, Associate Professional and Practitioner Members of the Corporation; and Constituency Delegates as follows:
- Sport Specific Delegates: one delegate per national sport organization
- Olympic Coaches: Up to eight delegates from sports on the Summer Olympic Games program and up to four from sports on the Winter Olympic Games program.
- Paralympic Coaches: Up to two delegates from sports on the Summer Paralympic Games program and up to one from sports on the Winter Paralympic Games program
- Canadian Interuniversity Sport: Up to two delegates
- Canadian Colleges Athletic Association: Up to two delegates
- Provincial/Territorial Affiliates: one per Affiliate
- Special Olympics: one delegate
- Aboriginal Sport Circle: one delegate
Constituency Delegates must be nominated by their constituency according to the process set out from by the Board, and must also be voting members in good standing of the corporation, unless such requirement is waived by the Board.
